Question How can I pay?

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. Question What should I do if I want to return a product or exchange?
AnswerIt is possible to return a product, provided they are not used and still in the original packaging. You have 14 days to return the product. Please email hello@puritycase.com and indicate that you’d like to return the product.

When you decide to exchange the product, the shipping costs are for the customer. The new product will be send within one day.
